You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access by using the email address and password you have created. Please note, If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.


What if I forget my password? (top)

Simply sign in to your account and click  forgot your password?  Enter your email address and we will send you a new password. You may later change the password to your liking.

How do I make changes to my account profile or password? (top)

Sign into my account, and click on My profile to change (email address, phone, etc); click on Address Information to change or add a billing or shipping address, and click on my password to change your password.  Please click submit or update when you are finished and the changes you have made will now be securely saved to your profile.

Is this site secure? (top)

Any personal information given to mintshop.com.au will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Mintshop.com.au server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, mintshop.com.au does not store your credit card information at any time.  Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

What credit cards do you accept? (top)

Mintshop.com.au accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card.

What sales tax do you charge? (top)

GST of 10% for all Australian orders.


For International Orders :
Mint Shop cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.

Customs
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Mint Shop cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Mint Shop at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Item Availability? (top)

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.


How can I check the status of my order? (top)

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

How can I modify my order? (top)

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. What is your shipping policy? (top)

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday EST (Eastern Time) will be processed within 24hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use Australia Post for all orders.

Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs. (top)

MintShop deliver Australia wide for a flat fee of, an extremely low $9.90 for AustraliaPost Express.

This means you will not be charged for additional item or oversized items... so think big!!

Orders over $350 will receive free postage.

We recommend you provide a work address to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. This is suggested as; if the parcel is too large for a letterbox they may just take it to your nearest post office. If using a work address please be sure to include the business name.

If your parcel has not been received within 4 working days please contact us @ online@mintshop.com.au with your full name and order number so we can give you your tracking number. In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.

MintShop can deliver to PO Boxes .

Delivery time with Express Post is 1-3 working days.

Orders paid by Bank Deposit will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take  1-3 working days). Thus, please allow additional time if this is your case.

Please make sure you email online@mintshop.com.au once you have deposited the money, to inform us of the date it was deposited and the reference code you have used. If we do not receive this email we will not know your money has been deposited. This may result in a cancellation of you order.

Mintshop.com.au is now offering FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $300.  

International Shipping Methods and Costs. (top)

International orders are shipped by AustraliaPost. Cost is a flat fee of AUD$30.00. Express International is also available at a flat fee of AUD$60.00.  We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

WE now offer FREE INTERNATIONAL Shipping for any purchase of $450 or more.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from mintshop.com.au, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to mintshop.com.au. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.  

What is your return/exchange policy? (top)

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders.  Returned items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. You are free to choose a full refund, or exchange the item. If exchanging the item, postage for the new item will be free. We do not offer refunds or returns on lay-by or pre-orders. All returned items should also be sent back to us with their receipt.

How do I return an item? (top)

Firstly email us online@mintshop.com.au and let us know who and what you are returning. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include send back to us using an insured service to the address below. (We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Can I return a sale item?   (top)

Mintshop has a no returns/exchanges policy for sale items. If you are simply after a different size, please contact us to see if we have one available.

When will my credit card be refunded?   (top)

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Can I return/exchange to Mint Shop store? (top)

How do Gift Certificates work? (top)

We offer gift certificates on a predetermine dollar amounts on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. After purchase, you may then email the gift certificate to a friend with a personalized note. Gift certificates can be used for any purchase online and do not expire.

To redeem a gift certificate you must first activate the link included in your gift certificate message. After you have activated the link, the gift certificate balance will show up in your account. When making a purchase the available gift certificate balance will show up in the payment checkout page, simply choose the amount you would like to apply towards your purchase and continue checkout.
